Wedding vision and concept theme development.

Unlimited communication via email/phone to discuss wedding details and plans.

Maximum of 6 face-to-face planning meetings. (If Clients are unavailable to meet in person these meetings will be done by conference calls)

Meet 4-6 weeks prior to the event to confirm all details, put timeline together and have a walk through at the wedding ceremony and reception sites

Provide a customized month-by-month task list up to the wedding day

Budget creation and maintenance

Provide a list of vendors, obtain quotes, and assist in booking all vendors

Schedule and attend meetings with vendors

Contact and maintain contact with all contracted vendors

Research multiple ceremony and reception venues, schedule inquiries, and attend site visits to top 3 choices

Review proposals and terms of final contracts

Attend menu selection/banquet set up meeting with Catering Manager and Clients

Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by Catering Manager

Up to 2 hours of wedding rehearsal and full wedding day coordination with 1-2 assistants.

Assist with venue layout and seating chart

Assist in stationary selection, wording, and assembly

Keep track of all RSVPs and create a master guest list

Procurement of wedding favors, gifts and/or welcome totes paid by the Client

Assist in placement of any wedding accessories not provided by vendors

Research Hotel Accommodation options and contract Group Room Blocks

Coordinate wedding rehearsal with or without officiant. Will be present and oversee rehearsal if ceremony coordinator already provided (ie. Church)

Provide a detailed timeline of the wedding day

Arrange transportation logistics for the day of the wedding

Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors

Maintain timing and flow of wedding to ensure perfect celebration

Set up and strike of your ceremony and reception
Package includes 2 Certified Event Planners and 1 Assistant. Additional assistants required for more than 250 guests.
