• Event vision and concept theme development

• Unlimited communication via email/phone to discuss details and plans

• Meet 1-2 weeks prior to the event to confirm all details

• Budget creation and maintenance

• Venue selection according to style and budget

• Vendor selection according to style and budget

• Contact and maintain contact with all contracted vendors. Confirm delivery dates, times and locations 1 week prior to event date

• Assist with seating arrangements if applicable

• Assist in placement of any event accessories not provided by vendors

• Dessert table design and style according to theme (Does not include desserts; rentals/dessert vendors available upon request)

• Provide a detailed timeline of the day if applicable

• Maintain timing and flow of event to ensure a perfect celebration

• Set up and strike of the event.​
